Tim Ruef is the visionary force behind LeadForward-International — a business leader, mentor, and transformational coach dedicated to helping people create extraordinary results from the inside out.
Tim earned a BA in psychology from the University of San Francisco and an MPA in Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado. Prior to his business career Tim was a Captain and Ranger in the US Army.
Drawing inspiration from lifelong business success and relentless study of human behavior Tim believes that every success begins in the mind. His coaching approach blends mindset mastery with actionable strategy — helping individuals and organizations align their thoughts, energy, and behavior with their goals.
Through his authentic leadership and dynamic teaching style, Tim empowers people to break through limitations, lead with confidence, and live with intention. His mission is simple yet powerful: to help others awaken their potential and manifest success with purpose.
